We had a Tied test match in Indian Soil only. We had some absorbing test cricket particularly the last 2 test matches at Bangalore. the first one Pak hang on to a Draw with the Help of Bad light and then India hang to a Draw vs Aus thanks to the Fab 4.

Senthil ..tied match was ages ago.Indian wickets have gone increasingly flatter over the last few years ..so I doubt whether we will ever get to see good ones here

Peterson and Trott
by chelsea on Dec 21, 2009 12:30 AM

At the end of the day, it was the South Africans - Kevin Peterson and Jonathan Trott that saved the day for England.
South Africa gave it a damn good fight at the end though.
Big bonus for South Africa was their debutant bowler - Friedel de Wet. Fantastic debut for him. Saffers seem to be having a good set of bowlers - Parnell, Steyn, Morkel, De Wet.

Collingwood

Paul Collingwood is the most under-rated but lion-hearted player on the International Scene today. England are in with a chance in this series because of this chap. Even when Freddie Flintoff was hogging all the limelight and bytes, it was Collingwood who has done the most difficult job of shoring up the brittle middle-order as well as picking up vital wickets and pull out of thin air; some unbelievable catches.
Hai Paul !
