I can't forget how Dilshan was given not out by third umpire while he was caught behind(Against India under Kumble's captaincy).

Better is each team should get only 3 reviews either they are successful or not. Third umpire should allow to use any technology like snickometer etc.

I agree with Mr Buchanan. But one thing I want to ask him are Umpires on the field are 100% reliable? If yes then don't use tech. Then aussies will win all series at home. And away they will blame poor umpiring.

I think bowling machines should be used in matches played in India, and all the teams should go with 11 batsmen. No bowlers.
