simple bowling action without bending much,hit the ball when it comes near the bat only and field the ball only when it is around him is the secret MANTRA for AJIT FITNESS!!
these Indians are!! always vulnerable to injury, i think it has got to do with the IMPROPER technique of undergoing trainig! especially YUVI,ROHIT SHARMA,SEHWAG!
I think they should learn from the senior pro RAHUL DRAVID how to keep oneself fit without injuries! he has been consistent not only with the bat but also OVERALL FITNESS WISE!
evrytime a seris begins he has injury scare.. started with knee CT 2007, hand injury CT 2009 and now this series with finger. he should be titled mr. delicate or mr. fragile.
