Too little to even notice.

because of thight schedule English players are not going to be available for most of the matches in IPL. So the players like Broad & Anderson anyways are not expected to get any contract in IPl which will be worth mentioning. So they are comforting themselves and nobody else.

Don't fool yourself Mr. Sumit.

IPL is the biggest thing thing to have happened to Cricket ever.

As far as Anderson & Broad are concerned it is their personal decision of not participating. Who cares about these arrogant English players, and which franchise would have bothered to buy them when all of them have world class bowlers in their teams.

Move over Ashes, IPL is here to stay.

Just show off
by Arun on Dec 14, 2009 11:22 PM

Fine. Hereafter they should not be allowed to play ipl even if they wish to, in near future. Very big players are participating(money ofcourse), what happened to these two ppl. They are thinking high of themselves as if they are the ones who put national side before money. We can see how many days will they say like that..

Dumb reason
by Animesh Naskar on Dec 14, 2009 08:46 PM

Injuries are part of any cricket player's life. Weather you play for IPL or your own nation. Now a days it is more of showing off your patriotism than the reason mentioned itself.
