Sreesanth is suffering from H1N1 virus and won't b available for the First 2 ODIs. So no question of good economy rate and wickets.

rankings for statistics or consolation
by brian crasto on Dec 14, 2009 09:33 AM

after 1983 we have not won a single World cup ODI. Australia has won 3 World ODI consecutively. We should atleast win 2 to show that we are the best, asking for 3 will be trifle more. I dont understand how it will help our country in being ranked at the top. I feel it is more do with statistics

20-20 match look like being fixed
by Neeraj Gupta on Dec 14, 2009 09:29 AM  | Hide replies

The 20-20 match between India - Sri Lanka looked like being fixed. Otherwise how do you explain the two spinners Jayasuriya and Dilshan not getting to bowl till the 19th over.

BCCI follows a rotation policy in which every state board gets a chance to host a match provided if it has will and capacity to do so.....
Hence, no favours and ignores....

ArithmEtic. not arithmAtic. Arithmetic is elementary operations on numbers, but it's still mathematics.

@Vinay: Don't understand arithmetic? Don't read the tables. Just accept their results and move on. That's what most mathematically challenged individuals do anyway.

It would have been interesting if we had only two points to catch up Aussies. They are sour and high mate.
Had India not lost the ODI series to Aussies badly last time, they would have climbed up to 1.
