Benson seems to spine less fellow. he was the same person in the center of Sydney fiasco when India played Aussies.

Well the referal is allowed only 2 times per innings? so how can Aussies overuse that?

Well, the usage is only 2 per innings.

Yet, the conduct of Ricky Ponting, his usual sullen, intimidiating ways in reacting to a decision is certainly ungamely.

Benson has nothing to cry here. He was the same person who 'acted under the instruction' of the same Ponting in the Sydney Fiasco.

Yes, to err is human but for a television replay umpire to err is quite unacceptable.

The outlet would be increase the chances to maybe 15 per innings.

The justification that it would consume time is not valid. For clarity and correctness, we cannot have the television timing govern.

Mark Benson is no genius as an umpire. He has gone the natural way. I would not shed a tear.

Cheers
