Each ball from each end. After completion of over ball should be handed over to umpire and next bowler should use another ball form other end. Thus by 1 ball only 25 over as colour of ball changes and umpire chnge after 35 over and there is alwys dispute by captains as they want to take advantage of condition spin/ reverse swing etc.
suggestion of two bowlers to be allowed 12 overs each and two to bowl ten, is good for india perspective ,b'cos we dont want to rely on 5th bowler all-rounder.

vinay, u r just jealous of pakistani bowlers bcaz we don,t have any fast blowers, which is as good as pakistani blowers.but remember they get reverse swing in t20.

no it was the old rule of changing the ball ON DEMAND,i.e when the ball gets worn out!
Two balls in 1 inning is good perposal. Now these power playes should be allowed only between 20th to 40th. Bowling side takes this betn 11-15 & batting side is taking after 42nd over which already slog overs.

Bowlers should not have restriction on the no. of overs. They should be allowed to bowl atleast 15 overs.
