many teams find it difficult to beat Sri Lanka in Sri Lanak .India did this time . In asian Countries you bat first after winning the toss but vettori did otherewise .When in doubt always bat first . The suprise is many players who fail miserably againdt all countries shine like hell against India .Similarly those who do exceptionally well against all countries fail against India .Why ?

If Lanka win the 2nd test & England win the Ashes, then Lanka will move onto the 2nd spot,the highest ever for them and Aussies vl be toppled to 4th place,the lowest ever since the rankings were introduced.

Playing and Srilanka and Bowlers !!!! like Murali and Malinga are there, there is no doubt that Srlianks will move into the 2nd spot.

South Africa hold the 1st spot while India will be at 3rd place..however, if 2nd test between Sri Lanka and NZ is drawn and if England win the final Ashes test, India move in to 2nd spot and Australia will move down to 3rd.
