It is an interesting fact about this master class batsman. He never looks troubled against any bowling attack, nor he looks out of form in any match. Always middles the ball and timing is great but you never know when he is going to get out. It is this inconsistency that has cost him the place in the national side so frequently.
If he had been a bit more focussed I am sure he would have reached 10,000 mark in test cricket. He is naturally gifted player.

Check out cricinfo.com for all the Ashes coverage you want. Since Prem Panicker has stopped writing for rediff, rediff's cricket coverage has gone back to stone age coverage. Dont hold your breath for meaningful cricket coverage here.
