whAT IS THE game plan of selectors, prolong Dhoni stay for another 10 yrs!!!!

Why don't they nurture wicket keeper and batsmen.

I mean they don't nurture a new wicket keeper and batsmen.
They don't have a proper backup because of Dhoni's sorcery SPELL on selectors.

Overwork and strain on sehwag in past is impacting his body now.

We will end up with situation such as overworked Sehwag that is impacting his body NOWWWWWWWWWW!!!!

How you hope that there will be drastic improvement in Indian cricket when matters are like this. Remember these were the reasons wherein younger players who were performing went to ICL due to lack of opportunities at Ranji level due to petty politics and groupism.No doubt Shewag also came into the side by the same route but noone can deny the talent he possess which makes him the asset for the team. As the saying goes make hay when the sun shines truely applicable.
