what is more appealing Tendulkar constructing an innings against top nothc bowling attack or some Afridi becoming hero after hitting lapaas. The beauty of test 7 one day cricket is that they find out weaker batsmen bowlers et al- Sadly those who think tests & one day are boring & T20s are lively are not cricket lovers- T20 is not cricket- As tendulkar said just a dessert you cant live on dessert Entree or the main course is the flavor
i think champions trophy shld be played between 6 top teams instead of 8 top teams, as this will help in removing relatively waeker teams out of competition and moreover it will help to create awareness regarding rankings in all teams. it shld definitely increase competition.
50 overs seem a bit too much in comparsion to T20. that's why Dravid has been recalled. one must add innovations in ODIs otherwise 20 to 40 overs seems to be boring.
Shaun is right. I don't know who introduced silly twenty20 format to cricket. It spoiled the spirit of the game. Stupid players and film actors started getting popularity and people like Lalit Modi amassed wealth. This gilli danda format should be abolished once for all.

i guess not...it has only added to the spirit of cricket....the very idea of going to spend 1 whole day in a stadium to watch a match is not very soothing....now all you have to do is spend 3 hrs when watching 20-20 and have some real enjoyment at the end of it. That is how i see it....similar to watching a football match which just takes arnd 2 hrs only.

than go and watch football who is stopping. i dont get why people try to find football in cricket-yes cricket is a game with longer duration- it has always been if you want something shorter go nd play video games. facing a fast bowler in a 50 over game on seaming track with white ball makes the game appealing. sub continent pitches are to be blamed for that where administrators pander to audience who dont understand difference between cricket, gilli danda 7 baseball
