you think this is the 1st time such stuff happened ? Just because the players are in the 16 doesn't mean they would get to play . Use some common sense for crying out loud. Oh and way to be regionalistic... dimwit. So if the selector belongs to a certain state /region he/she can never select players from that region for anything ?
