ICC could never prove anyone involved in match fixing issue unless that player confess-rather they do not like to prove. They are the highest body of such a game that practically six or seven countries out of more than 200 countries play. If due to such investigation it hampers the game in those countries it will be their huge loss. They can never be compared with other bodies like IOC or FIFA.
