An asian games champion ( Bihar) had to sell his bronze medal to feed his family with the Rs.500/- he got for one week; another olympic athlete from India is driving a truck to live a living; There must be many such cases in our own country. had these people been born in Aiustralia or any other european nation they would have atleast got six figure amounts if not seven! jai Ho!
So what if he used his popularity to get some money and invest it elsewhere? he did not cheat anyone. I think the media is hounding him because of his bad reputation, but Indians are smart enough to recognize a stupid article like this.
Symond allegation is a not big deal because the bat is belonged to him.The crisis could come for anyone. No matter he is sportsman or politician or billionare. Everyone perceive of recession.Multi billion dollar transcation company lehman brothers,Aig has ejected by down turn.Hence bankrupt is not new term in the world.however that is his personal affair. we do not have rights to intrude or question him.
