With so much money on offer, all ex-cricketers and coaches who are out of circulation want to pile on and are looking for role-justification. The reasons are obvious.
Soon Jonty will suggest a leg-side coach (short leg, mid-wicket, mid-on etc.) and an off-side coach (mid-off, cover point, slips etc.). Both these coaches will report to him since he will be the head-fielding coach. Obviously one of them will be his brother-in-law and the other will be his brother. Team owners like SRK will agree to this.

Frustrated that your brother in law cannot get you some money, huh ? Get a life sucker. He is one of the greatest fielders of all time - what are your qualifications to make a pass at him you loser.
I am wondering to see the interpretation of Mr Buchanan's thory from other sport. I mean this is already existing, which is the role of a Vice Captain. In addition, always that any on-fielder can give a pep advice to the Captain. So there would not be a Vice Captain role anymore? Not sure why too many minds for 20 overs game? Still at the end it is going to be a Win/Loss. The new strategy is not necessarily bring the guaranteed success for already depleted team. The morale is the key before you get into the tournament - I doubt this is still existing with KKR at the expenses of threatening KKR captain role/contribution. I am not sure the intention of talking all these would attact more audience regardless of the Win/Loss. The other point is that these Aus strategy works well with the Australian/SA teams than the Indian players. Time will tell...

U need to get a life dude. If your mallu brians dont understand what he means, there's a problem with you. Not him.
these ideas should be tried on weaker captains.. except ganguly and dhoni and to some extend gilly ..none of the other captains even deserve to captain a county team .. these ideas should be tried with them .. rather than with one of the best captain ever produced ....
What is necessity to have multiple captains in a single team and create confusion, Rather it will be better to have multiple coaches like Indian tyeam had after debacle in 2007 world cup where Ravi Shastri was batting coach cum manager, Venkatest Prasad was bowling coach and Robin Singh was fielding coach.
Even Jhonty Rhodes is a fielding coach rather than a fielding captain :-)
This shows that Jhon Buchanna(pun intended) and SRK want to sideline Sourav Ganguly and want to make this Kolkatta knight rider's as Australian knight rider's :-)

Mr.JGN, I think ur in MUMBAI and still ur calling MARATHI as bhikari, U should respect the culture where u stay, u should respect the place which gives u bred and butter, u should respect the place and there people who allows u to walk around the city at any time in the night (unlike ur place where people cannot go out after 5PM) That is for sure ur native place is some thing else and ur calling we people as BHIKARI now tell me who is the real BHIKARI.
