Shaun Tait is 110% chuking..problem comes up when AUSSIES are hammered by anytime! AUSSIES don't mind including bowlers with suspected or totally illegal action..

His bowling arm stops before delivery

The way he bowls gives one an impression of a chucker. He should not be permitted to continue the same way as Murli who has brought disgrace to art of spin.Murli as Bedi rightly calls him looks like a shot putter on cricket field.

whoever brought that rule allowing
by Michael Ponnudurai on Apr 15, 2009 04:56 PM

How the hell umpires can be expected to monitor the crease (for no ball) and the action besides what the ball does (for deciding on wicket etc) ?
It is high time no scope for flex is allowed in bowling action, so that umpires are able to "no Ball" reasonably quickly without having to waatch and wait over 2 T20s, and 4 one day internationals as has happened in this series.
Any scope for flex does make it very difficult for umpires to assess correctly and in time. It allows the jackals to escape most often than not. It is a shame that despite there being an organistion called ICC, that this malaise is being allowed to happen. It is unfortunate for the "fair action" bowlers because the jackals have been able to take more wickets with their false action deliveries more often than not.
Be it cricket or life, fair play shd be the case. Cut the criminals to size. Best one to do is to bring on the stringent laws, and empower umpires. If nothing is done now, more such jackals (some are already escaping) will be beating their chests of being the world's best, despite being shades of such a profile through means of cheating using the current flex ruling to the hilt. ICC, please take action immediately

Yes. But I get the gist of what Zero h is trying to say.Read this snippet from the article: "This is the second time Botha has been reported for a suspected illegal bowling action, the previous instance being in January 2006 after the third Test against Australia in Sydney"

Again, the opponents were the Aussies!
