By the way of terrorsit attack taking place in Pak, I bet ICC wont allow Pak to conduct the World Cup. Even, if ICC proposes, no other country will come & play in Pak. Pakistan Govt. doesnt have any control over Taliban. We can see Taliban forming a Govt. by throwing all the consititution in near future.
