In my opinion Yuvraj is not test material. It is high time the selectors concentrated in finding out and giving enough chances for others who are waiting in the wing, the likes of badrinath and Pujara. Yuvraj is a great player for the shorter versions of the game and not for longer ones , excepting in the sub-continent wickets. I could not really understand Dhoni's captaincy after tea as I, and may be everyone who were watching the TV, felt he failed to be more aggressive and press on.

Be careful about critizing Yuvi!! He will make his critics pay. Even today, his first mistake was his last but he looked so good during his quickfire 40, exactly what the team needed! He just won us the Chennai test against Eng, when he unselfishly let Sachin get his hundred when both were on approx. 85. Yuvi has averaged 48 since his comeback in his last five TESTS; there is NO WAY that he can be dropped based upon that alone. No. 6 is a difficult spot, where you get limited opportunities since you have have to bat with the tail. On days when you may have got a double century, you have to be content with an unbeaten half century (Yuvi scored 85* against Eng and 54* against NZ at Napier). As soon as some of the seniors retire, Yuvi will move up the order and start destroying test attacks. This ODI specialist is an unfair tag, which was applied to Gambhir as well. Yuvi is an astonishing talent, who needs to assured that he will be picked for the next 4-5 tests, as Gambhir mentioned it this "playing for your place" problem that holds promising talents back. Even VVS avraged 25 in his first 25 tests, Yuvi currently averages 36 after 28 tests - this average will shoot up to 40 if they persist with him. Besides he is a useful bowler and an outstanding fielder.

o yes u think so - elections is a prime event all other events are mediocre in front of elections - it project india for what india is - the brave decision is to recognise the threat and take precautions. imagine what would happen if there is one terror event with IPL like pakistan - india will be banned by foreign players. remember we are playing host to foreigners as well. we will loosers on the longer run. this terror event can have bad effects on elections on which millions and trillions of common man tax money is being spent - jeopardising the election, the government having cascading effect on us common people. IPL would be generating revenue for the BCCI and the players and a little revenue for the government - there will not be any revenue for common people. sacrifice some thing for your country man.
