Pakistani beggars
by Kes Som on Apr 04, 2009 04:28 PM

Has everyone read about Pakistani beggars (their cricketers) asking IPL for money because they are not allowed to participate? I suppose asking for money without doing any work is what these guys do best.

Sachin is living legend
by Indian A on Apr 04, 2009 04:15 PM

No doubt dhoni is best captain but Sachin is all time best cricketer, the living legend like Mr. Amitabh Bachchan to Indian Cinema.

Harbhajan Singh and Zaheer Khan are true fighters and what to say about Dravid, wall is still standing tall in spite of all the hammerings. Overall the current Indian team is doing and giving their best is good sight to watch.

GS
predicted it
by GS on Apr 04, 2009 10:08 AM

I kinda feel good about myself :), I predicted this in a earlier post yesterday

"The ball will swing in Wellington. If Ishanth and Zaheer get the swing going, NZ won't get past 250. The average score here 318, maybe that is what NZlanders consider a 'pure' batting track!

I hate to say this but our terrorist neighbors have never lost a match here : ergo - swing is key"

But watch out guys, it will swing both ways, do not know if NZ have swing bowlers though.

Throw Yuvraj Singh
by Jeevan Vidyarthi on Apr 04, 2009 12:09 AM  | Hide replies

Why is Yuvraj Singh still part of Indian team and Raina sent back??

High tie Yuvraj is given a few years to improve his game.

He has repeatedly put India to shame both on the cricket pitch and beyond it too. After performing dismally in Napier, he misbhaved with a lady in a Indian Restaurant in Napier and was thrown out. This newswas so very well covered up.

At least during this entire NZ tour Youvraj has been nothing but a liability on and off fiel

Coach and Captain did not do his job.
by Jagdish Reddy on Apr 03, 2009 11:49 PM  | Hide replies

Whenever a really good batting pitch is presented to Indian players, they try to score runs too fast and through away their wickets. The coach must have cautioned them against this, and should have given them individual goals. This is a 5 day test match not ODI. They did the same in first innings of last test match. These guys are playing for the coutry and should have taken it seriously.

every1 plays as per their ability(!). some like sehwag r hitters. inspite of the grim situations, he wud hit out at most of the deliveries. then there r some like rahul who vl play out the opposition bolrs without scoring a single runs.(7 overs played maiden by him 2day.)

its not scoring fast but playing rackless shots on bad deliveries, that made him pay the price.

Since past 2 yrs Dhoni has been winning series after series for his country but instead of appreciating those wins people here comes up with their extra talented comments. Some1 said it right-- empty vessels sounds more. If you people are so good then you should be playing in the field rather than blabbering all day long like hopeless pathetic donkeys.

The wicket gets easier as day passes by. Clearly NZ has upper hand and they will emerge winners.

What is all this minority and majority? Don't you ever think of anything else? Be proud of their actions as Indians and not anything else.
