Richard Hadlee was a great all rounder. His Late out swingers are deadly delivers any batsman would not like to face. Watching his actions on ground is like a thriller movie. HATS OFF TO YOU SIR.
I have seen only two great bowlers bowling late out swinger, SIR Richard Hadlee and Kapli Dev the great.
Muralee took 770 wickets in 127 tests (Avg 6 wickets/test) where as Hadlee took 431 wickets in 86 tests (5 wickets/test). Murali is greatest bowler and no body can break his record. He is Bradman in bowling.

i like murali and i think he is one of the greatest i would say in the top 3 but u know what murali cannot bat even if his life depended on it but hadlee scored 3000 Ajay Jadeja would be simply happy with that batting record. lol. So yes Hadlee if not the greatest is one of the greatest
Just the records and match reports of the games he played describes him as the genius and true master oof the game. He was a real improviser and put all is sweat for playing better cricket. We salute his passion, pain, labour and efforts put into his game and giving it the shine to last and inspire the younger generations for good. Moreover he is a real gentleman and a fantastic human being. We all wish him success and more fame for the future.

Strange it is Kapil dev took more wickets and scored more runs than Hadlee, y neither he got the title of Sir or hall of fame? must be something to do with skin color

Dear Rahul,
Sir is conferred to the person of the countries who have accepted Queen of Britain as their head. Australia, NZ, WI are some of the such countries. India although a part of Commonweath Nations (these are coutries where England ruled), but have not accepted Queen as their head. Hence u will not see any Indian post independence getting decorated with SIR.
Yes Kapil should have been included in ICC Hall of Fame

No.Kapil will not get this hall of fame because of ICL. Sharad powar will never nominate him from BCCI side.
richard hadlee was a great exponent of fast bowling and unlike some of the greats of earlier era toured the sub continent and was sucess ful in the series he played in india kudos to him

haaaaaaay dont u want venkatpathy raju, ashad aayub, vijay dahiya and arunlal also... they were equally great
Oh I loved his bowlin action. I still love it. It was rythmical and economic and the deadly offcutter. The jerk of the wrist. It was fantastic. The underspin for the late swing acheived by the the forward jerk of the wrist was so prominent for the late swing. It was unbelievable.
