Badrinath and Munaf will be choosed based on the Pitch Conditions. Suresh Raina and Virat Kholi should be groomed with the seniors(Dravid & Sachin) to replace later. Rohit may Fill laxman spot after 3 or 4 years.
Sehwag should be the Vice captain to replace Kumble later. He is at least consistent in the Test and most importantly the only Indian made 2 triple centuries and his last 12 Hundreds are 150 . So he should be rewarded for the lone test win srilanka.

Do you know the players like Sriram, V.Rao. Both were fantastic players of spin and their average in domestic cricket was also so good. But V.Rao was failed against quality fast bowling. Badrinath is also looking like these guys. He struggled so much against Ishant, Tait and Noffke.

Looks like u r always Biased against Badri. You first Look at their Avg. May be sriram looking good in his First class. But if u compare List A Badri Ahead of them. Let give the fair chaces like wat sriram and Venugopal got.

I am not against him but he should get chance when other deserving person fail. First try Raina who is doing so well in ODI then him.

But Kaif given fair amount of chances so Yuvi, so now it's turn for Badri, I believe. For Raina he should be groomed as a Test Player Yet. His is struggling against AUS A and NZ A now. But he is the Ideal replace for Sachin in Tests. That's why i am telling he has to be in the Squad ahead of Rohit. But feel tht place will go to Kaif in the Squad and in the Playing eleven kumble will decide inbetween badri and Kaif.

Dada must be included in test team. If TENDULKAR, DRAVID & LAXMAN are in the team, then why not GANGULY ( DADA ). During last visit at SRILANKA, DADA was the best amongst all the 3 ( SACHIN,RAHUL & Laxman ). Then why only DADA is removed from the team. Is it that because of DADA is from WEST BENGAL? Cricket control board including president don't have any guts to touch SACHIN, even he play worst on every game. They are always oiling him. Is it not for that because he is a MAHARASTRIAN?

Replace Yuvi with Badri. Don't Biased with badri. He is leading India A successfully in abroad also. One or 2 failure against world class bowlers Ishant and Tait won't be a Big prbs for him. Even Ponting is struggling against Ishant. He(Yuvi) never play spin nor fast bowling in Tests. He is great Odi and 20 - 20

Badri has exposed against quality fast bowling. He struggled against Tait, Noffke and Ishant. I suspect he can play Lee and company. He is good player of spin but not fast. Aussies have rated high Yuvraj as a player.

Most Importantly Yuvi nowhere in the ROI like Ganguly. Selectors never thinking abt yuvi considering his dismissal performance in the recent Srilanka and his last test series vs Aus.

Badri is the Highest Avg in the domestic including Sachin and Ponding none other. Check the status. He is also played county before playing in International. He deserve a chance ahead of Yuvi and Kaif becoz both of them given a lot of chances.

Aussies rated in ODI and 20-20 not in Test. He is very worst than Dhoni in last Aus tour.
