Laxman has only average of 32 against Aussies in last 4 years.
since he is going to play in plate league, he has chance to show his skills to inexperienced indian cricketer. lets hope WB players will learn more from him

dude theoritically they can be as they will play elite league after the plate stage!!! so u brush up domestic ranji rules!!
English domestic county cricket has been engaging overseas players for over 40 years now. This policy has not turned the England cricket team into world-beaters....
To allow outstation and foreign players is a welcome change. Much earlier also foreign players (one each) were allowed to play for east/west/north/south zones. Players like Roy Gilchrist (West Indies) played like this. The best thing is that state-level players will get a chance to experence how highest level of performance is.
