yes...dropped WC winner Kapil less than 1 year after he won WC for playing a cross batted shot against england in 1984 home test series...only an arrogant bas-tard like Gavaskar can do that...plus he wanted to get the longest test playing record for an indian without a break...

Dont use abuse language aganist him. Yes he may be got it all wrong when he drop kapil. But still he is one of best opening batsman India have ever produced or world have ever seen.
So respect his ability. In India everybody is doing politics whatever field he belongs so why only blame him.
