Rediff is catering to mindless Cricket fanatics in our country. Except for 15 or so nations, no one else in the world talks about this game that has mercilessly killed all other sports in our country.
According to my shortlist: 1.Abinav bindra 2.Kapils 1983 3. Lee mahesh in 1999 4. Ind WC 2003 5. Ind-Aus 2001
But Dhonis and his warriors(bhajji,sreesanth,Yuvraj) etc beats the above for the sheer passion and also for the fact that India had played very little T20 at that time. So in a completely new format,India rocked. WHereas Bindra had the facility of home range, and Kapil was lucky with swing in 1983 , DHoni started from scratch and beat aussies,SA,pak etc and won title. They are the pride of India
