what about dhoni who conceded 16 byes in an inning less than 350 runs? please dont judge players by performances in a couple of matches. they have been tried and tested and have been performing for years with distinction. learn to respect elders of the game.

Some unique stats about India's powerful batting vs Aussies in last decade
by mike mike on Nov 01, 2008 12:43 AM

First time in 131 years of Aussie Test cricket history, have two batsmen scored a double century against them in

the same Test innings.

First time in 47 Tests under Ricky Ponting's captaincy Australia has conceded 600.

Only just 15 times in the 1890 Tests Australia has played since 1877,have they conceded 600 plus and India have done it

four times in the last ten yrs.

The last four occasions that Australia have conceded 600 have all been against India,

and Laxman has been a central figure each time.

Of the nine scores of 500 plus made against Australia during the past decade, seven have been made by India.

India scored 7-705 decl at Sydney less than five years ago, the highest against the aussies this decade.

India's 613/7 dec at Kotla is the 12th largest conceded by Australia in Tests and the the second highest on foreign soil,

the highest on foreign soil is obviously the epic 2001 Kolkata Test when India made 657/7 dec.
