In IPl he scored against some unknowns like gony,KP singh,Dinda etc. But ZAheer, ishant are the best fast bowlers in the world and they'll blow him away, or maybe sent his stump for a walk. If he plays in the middle order. Harbhajan the worlds best offie, is going to have him in his web. Aussies troubles are never ending...!!

in India India is the king. When they go out of the country they could not play and win the series. Only inthe last 2 series they have won one test each. I know India is capable but for everything the money factor and bcci step in to have a impact. Now australians are also palying the game of money since IPL is around the corner. I am sure this austrlian team is capable of performing much better than they performed in Mohali. reason known only to them. IN last 32 years Australia have won only one series last year. See the effect of India playing in India. The indian fans are crazy enough to put lots of money and cricket has become a money spinning machine for the cricketes. think it over and reply with justification.

Dont over jump.. Aussies are true champions, winning many matches over the last decade. Wherease, we failed miserably against a young spinner in srilanka.. They are the young side regrouping after many stalwarts left the scene suddenly..

Even if one chooses to discount his fielding skills, captaincy skills and the fact that he has won two world cups for his country, Ponting would be in the playing 11 of any team in the world for his batting skills alone.

He is a match-saver, a match-winner, he HIMSELF has rarely been involved with spats and dirty sledging (a little heat is always welcome).

Just cuz the Australians are generally regarded as dirty players, sledgers and whatnot, people are accusing Ponting of things he doesn't deserve.

A little respect, folks. Ponting is an asset to Australia. So much so, the moment India gets Ponting, aussies are on the backfoot instantaneously.

He is their dravid, mr. consistent, their sachin, the record breaker, their ganguly, captain material, their laxman, the stylist.

he is Australiaz Fab four. Some respect, guys.
