BCCI wants to be a MNC, dont you think it's a missed opurtunity to a youngster, cricket already is too popular, please don't aloow foreigners atleat in Ranaji
Mendis is like Hirwani. Most of the players are not able to read him . he will survive till than he will be ordinary spinner and may get lost altogether. the great players generally start slow and than evolve. though he looks like he have displine and attitude to survive an dimprove. but batsman will start to read him in coming days . this mystery thing will get over sooner than you realize

Who told you players didn't read Hirwani. Narendra Hirwani was only a one match wonder where he took 16 wickets in his debut test match against West Indies. WI players that time were very poor against any spin attack & surely contributed for the fame of ordinary leg-spinner like Hirwani.

he is not one match wonder he was realy a good player but he needs a good leader ship which he found in shastri but than he has not get that kind of leadership who gave him the freedom
