from last three to four series he batted like a no 11 batsman,It is same for him as he was a great batsman. Now he should realize he is liability to the team and retire himself.

congractulations kumbale & all 11 for 313 runs for 8 out at Bangalore on day 3 of test WWF? i want to ask cheeka if virat kohli replaced sachin he could have scored 50 or 100 ton on this patta pitch like Johnsberg it it not a waste of national resorces to make sachin play for breaking Brain Lara record. We lost aussi test 2-1 & Lanka 2-1 even after the presence of little master. i am again and again pray Lord Ganpathi for Sachin to reach his 50 runs then 100 runs if Ganpathi wishes he will do it. OM GAN GANPATAYE NAMAH i am superstitious but only Ganpathi can give some talent to sachin to remember his lost confidence & form. i again & again highlight ex prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpeyi adviced sachin to not to throw his wicket till last ball of the game when indian supporters were protesting over shamefull defeat in 2003 world cup against mighty aussies before final match on 23-3-2003. practice makes man perfect so australian got practice not INDIANS to face aussi thanks yuvraj so anil has to slog & plan a lot because Grieg Chapple is the key person behind all events? ow we have play 90 110=200 overs maximum out which aussies will play 50 overs maximum again india are to play minimum 150 solid overs means 900 balls devided by 10 = 90 ball per wkt other wise pray god for heavy rain fall to save the match due to no rain of runs by FAB4 OM GAN GANPATAYE NAMAH. RAIN RAIN COME ALL THE WAY LITTLE MASTER SACHIN FEARS TO PLAY
Re: OM GAN GANPATAYE NAMAH. oh my god bring rain at Bangalore for next 2 day RAIN RAIN COME

bcci and icc should decide to add 64 runs to Sachins total as dummy runs so that he is officially recognized as the highest run getter. After that Sachin can take a proper retirement after this match.

Although Dada played much better today but both should retire. But I agree Tendulkar should have been kicked out first. But he is a ghaatii, and ghaatiis control BCCI right now.

Send Raj to UP and see how much respect we shower on him! We bhaiyaas have a very soft corner for the ghaatiis,..., if you know what I mean!
Many times we have seen Indian team losing the early advantage. Same happen today when India started the day with a score of 68 with all the wickets in hand. In just a span of first 75 mins, India were struggling with 4 wickets down and everyone started looking at follow on. Thanks to some good fight back to Rahul and Sourav in the middle, although they once again fail to convert the scores into the big score which is the difference between both the team in the test match. Ponting and Hussey both managed to that, however Indians failed to capitalise that front.
As always Harbhajan has shown if there is a will, there is a way. This might be the crucial runs in the context of the game and specially the partnership with Zaheer has given some faith in the dressing room. Indian batsman needs to be more positive and should not be so defencive. From here every run is important which will reduce the difference. Once again once Australian will come to bat, we have to be more aggressive and stop them to go and take away the match from us completely. If India can add 30-40 odd runs tomorrow and restrict Australia well within 225-250 runs, we can have interesting session on day 5th.
Full marks to Kangaroos who have once again shown why they are no 1 from long time.
Thanks once again to Harbhajan and Zaheer to put India in a situation where we can come back if we apply all our strength in all the departments.
Re: Sachin will bounce back

ACTUALLY THIS IS ALL WELL PLANNED. HE WILL SCORE ONCE IN THREE MATCHES. THIS WAY , NO ONE WILL HINK OF DROPPING HIM HE WILL CONTINUE TILL 2011 WC AND ALSO CONSERVE HIS ENERGY AND BODY TILL 2011.
Even Rahul Dravid did wicket-keeping under Saurav Ganguly's captraincy does that mean Rahul Dravid would have taken his place for granted, BTW Rahul Dravid was better wicket-keeper than MS DHoni, Rahul Dravid as wicket-keeper had an batting average of 80 in Test Matches and now compare that to MS DHoni who has 33.87 as his batting average, Why ru giving useless excuses, What about MS DHoni dropping catch of Michael Hussey when He was batting on 17, MS DHoni if He flops in next 2 Matches should be thrown out of Indian Team by Ur logic........
Re: Rahul Dravid is better wicket-keeper than MS DHoni..................................
by Kalarab Ray on Oct 11, 2008 08:22 PM
@SachinTheGreat Correction - Dravid did not keep wickets in tests under Ganguly's captaincy, it was only in ODI's that Dravid played as an 'all-rounder' (batsman-cum-wicketkeeper) so that India could play one extra batsman - 6 bat 1 bat-wk 4 bowl.

but still, dravid kept wkts very well in odis. that u hv to accept it.
Re: Rahul Dravid is better wicket-keeper than MS DHoni..................................
by vinay on Oct 11, 2008 08:27 PM
right. rahul was a good keeper n above all, his batting flourished when he kept the wkts. n this dhoni keeps dropping catches like this. n ppl say this young gen is better than the seniors. when dhoni doesnt score runs, his fans say he is basically a keeper, what abt their claims now abt the droped catches. a keeper has to b a good bat although he need not b like a gilchrist. thats a rule, all the countries expect their keepers to score runs. if they dont score reasonably, they throw away their keepers. but in ind, dhoni is a hype created by media n his managers. he is not blamed much.
Whoever this correspondent is, is no good. His/her style lacks flow, there are too many short sentences, and strong verbs and adjectives are used unnecessarily.
EXAMPLES:
--to help India amass 313 for 8 in 101 overs by the end of the day.: AMASS is too strong for these many runs in 101 overs.
--who also showed great determination to remain unbeaten on a dogged 35 at stumps. : GREAT, DOGGED are too many and too strong adjectives.
--Dravid's [Images] stiff resistance with a solid 51: No doubt Dravid should be praised, but STIFF and SOLID in the same sentence...
--Sourav Ganguly's [Images] brave 47,: There was nothing BRAVE about it, really
--as the Indian openers had added 70 in no time, and now they could pull things back.: How, after Gambhir got out, could they pull things back? What s/he wants to say is they could have pulled things back.
--India's hopes now rested a great deal on Dravid, who looked a bit settled after initial hiccups.: Contrived sentence. A GREAT DEAL is unnecessary, as is A BIT.
There are many such examples. Rediff, please get a good sportswriter before we stop reading your reviews.
Re: SEE THE MESSAGE REPORTED FOR ABUSE

Mr.Rambo only what are trying to say that U will allow Paki Messages to abuse Indian Players, No south is a useless Moronic Buffoon always trying to create divide between Indians on the basis of region, religion and language.......
The seniors of the team seem to be in hurry. They want to answer someone. Whom? no one knows. These seniors were best, slowly became good , and now they are ordinary ones. They used to think nation's pride earlier now they seem to be thinking their own pride. I think that is the problem surly.
