Any Statistics that sachin needed/waiting to break any records ? it seems there must be some more records he wanted to break before deciding to announce retirement.

Tendulkar wants to make centuries so that he can dedicate that his Pappa, Mamma, Wife, Children, Uncles,Aunts, Mahthma Gandhi, Indian Prime Minister, His State Chief Minister etc .. etc ..

Dear Frenz, Sachin is still an Indian, and if he can make/ break some more records.... how does it kills others' career... We all should be proud on him. I LOVE SACHIN. He is a true Indian.

people with short memories...just prasing youngster who have performed on indian tracks where ball bouce knee high,,hav u forgotten his 100 and 90's cb final ,sachin was influential in india's win dere beacuse in league matches india just won 1 match out 4 vs aus

these all must be working or will be working in some years for one company or another. am wondering if they will leave their job for another person with a good resume even if the company and the situation and everything wants them to be in job.
charity begins from home. whoever wants sachin to be thrown out should ask their dad or elder brother/sister/wife and all relatives or themselves as well to leave their jobs for other youngsters who may be more competitive than those

Sachin should understand he was selected because of Sunil Gavaskar before his matured age and now there are many youngsters waiting for their a chance and for such players as gavaskar did for Sachin , now sachin should select some youngster and give away his place him.

My brother! you are misinformed.
One, Gavaskar played his last Test on 13 Mar 87 and last ODI in Nov 87. Sachin came to international cricket in Nov 89.
Two, I remember very well Sachin was taken in the team because of his own capabilities and no one leaves ground for anybody. We all have to create a place for us. Else there were technically great batsmen who failed in proving themselves and had to leave the place. For example, Sanjay Manjrekar was one of them.
