Our so called cricketing heroes - Harbhajan, Yuvraj, Sreesanth - have been involved in ugly incidents similar to that involving Symonds. Then why you guys forget those stories and hail them as SAINTS??

What wrong has Harbhajan done, what will u do if a person is constantly provoking u, u will hug him. Bhajji gave the appropriate treatment to sreesanth at that time. Bhajji is an innocent man. Pls dont label him along with guilty players.

Harbhajan is a brat.... the BCCI did the right thing by banning him. The BCCI should have banned him for a year for behaving like an absolute idiot hitting his team mate. That sreesanth is a sissy. He was crying when he should have punched twice on that harbhajan's face.

Gilchrist, come here begging for money, our BCCI are another bunch of a.s.s.h.o.l.e.s, I don't know why they cant confront these loud mouthed Aussies and ban them from the IPL/ICL, they are more than far deserving players who could fit in, BCCI just bend down and say Here I am you can.f... me

Hello Friends, As they say habits die hard, and Money's cannot let their habits go, this is another animal instinct, Symonds, has proved it himself, now Cricket Australia and loud mouth Rick Pointing should be branded in the same vein.

I remember once ganguly was banned for 4 test matches by one Mr.Broad for slkow over rates, but the same Mr.Broad merely fines the aussie captain for a measly 30%. The BCCI needs to take the inconsistency and bias of these match refrees so that such people are never appointed.

MELBOURNE: The Australia team has been fined for maintaining a slow over-rate during its 149-run victory against New Zealand in the November 20-23 first Test played at Brisbane.
Match Referee Chris Broad imposed the fines after Ricky Ponting's side was ruled to be three overs short of its target when time allowances were taken into consideration, according to an ICC statement.
In accordance with the ICC Code of Conduct regulations governing over-rate penalties, players are fined five per cent of their match fees for every over their side fails to bowl in the allotted time, with the captain fined double that amount.
As such, Ponting was fined 30 per cent of his match fee while his players have each received 15 per cent fines.
Australia were also penalised for slow-over rate during their fourth and final Test against India in Nagpur earlier this month.
The offence is contrary to Section J of the ICC Code of Conduct which relates to slow over-rates. For such offences, the decision of the ICC match referee is final and binding.
somehow i get the feeling that symonds is better than teh other australians who silently do what they intend to do. he is bit short tempered but that doesnt make him bad. ponting hayden sledged india more than symonds but ince they couldnt be given nicknames easily :-) and since symonds was suitable for a nick name, he was given one, which led to his war with bhajji. but after that episode he behaved very well with india. its just that he is bit immature and short tempered and his looks make him a funny taregt even in australia. and this was the reason for his pub brawl.
I think Mr. Gilchrist would be happy for his next episode of symonds pub show . Can Gilchrist expose the incident of pub show in his writings . HA..HA...HA...Dont claim India , a largest democractic country as a third degree country. BCCI officials were busy complaing about ICL and Lloyld . Its really funny that none of the board officials complained to ICC regarding symonds quotation.
