Dhoni is the real champion ....
by krish on Nov 22, 2008 03:03 PM  | Hide replies

The difference between Dhoni and Ponting is - Dhoni has all the luck in his favour whereas Ponting has only batting skills and no luck at all.If it has to rain to save it will rain that is the kind of luck and that is why Indiais high not because of the skills .... whereas aussied thrive on just skills.. it is a matter of time for this to come out in open log.

India 3-0 in Kanpur
by Siddhartha on Nov 22, 2008 02:07 PM  | Hide replies

Surprisinly the victory margin has narrowed over a period of 3 matches vs Eng. despite being a staunch Indian team follower and ardent fan of yusuf pathan, looking at a 4-0 and then 4-1.some audacity but the teams behaving that way...wat da ya guys tink

AUSSIE COMMENTATORS
by BISWADEEP SINHA on Nov 22, 2008 12:29 PM  | Hide replies

When the Australians got thrashed in India recently, they were complaining of bad pitches although the test matches went well into the 4th and 5th days.
Today, when the Kiwis were at the receiving end at the Gabba, the commentators were praising the curator for preparing a great test wicket. And today is only the 3rd day, and it seems unlikely that the test would go the full distance.
The Australians are well known for their double standards and it was well evident today without any exception.

oz team on the wane
by raj on Nov 22, 2008 01:57 AM  | Hide replies

sad that NZland couldnt capitalize on the weak oz performance. i wish bcci dnt have a stranglehold on icc - they'd be seeing shane bond rip through the oz lineup.

thats not going to happen though, and nzland is also fading.

well said..but I don't think that has anything to do with BCCI..that's up to NZL board. They decided they don't want ICL guys. They have everything within their power to include the ICL players. Anyway..I don't think it would have made much difference. I predict Aus will win the Test..its a hard pitch.
