I don't how one can justify a 5 test away series when this same team is just playing 2 tests on Indian soil; England would be getting more time to exert home advantage. If one notices, there is already a discrepancy in the no. of tests; when India plays 4 tests in eng, they play a 3 match series in Ind; & when Ind played a 3 match series away last time; eng r playing just 2 tests this time. No wonder if u see Tendulkar's career, he has only played 60 odd tests at home in a 150 test match career !
