I think P.Kumar was better than RP Singh. Selectors dropped despite of his good performance. I hope he will come back for last 4 ODI's.

Just see his average after becoming captain. He is currently number 1 in ICC ODI ranking. He achieved this milestone after becoming captain. In test he made 4 fifties in 7 innings against Australia.

Down with Rohit and Mumbai Politics
by Narayanan on Nov 17, 2008 10:46 AM  | Hide replies

I can't quite understand why the F they are persisting frim Rohit. That bugger averages 14 in the last 18 innings. Just because he is from Mumbai, he does not deserve so many chances...

Another Ajit Agarkar & Sanjay Manjrekar in the making, the guys who generally hang-around in the team for no good reason...

Agarkar was good player. His record is best in ODI from India. But R.Sharma should play domestic cricket. Rohit don't deserve more chances.

Mumbai Captain( Amol Mazmudar) has made comment that 'Rohit is in Oneday- T20 mode' & that he has to change his attitude to play Ranji Trophy..

They didn't find him suittable for domestic cricket

All youth brigade is in 20-20 mode. Thats why they struggle when pitch favours bowlers. Gambhir is exception.

Rohit wasted once again an opportunity. He is talented but need some experience at domestic level. I am wondering why he is selected despite of recent failures.

Rohit will go Uthappa way... In Aus ODI tri series ... uthappa was used as 'finisher' , but fact of matter is there is no fixed position for so called 'Finisher'

Uthappa was finished follwoing series. Similarly Rohit was sent up the order today ahead of Yuvraj ...just to protect yuvraj ...

Dhoni should disply some integrity.. should have protected Uthappa , if his role was of 'Finisher' & should have sent Yuvraj at no 4 today

Sachine should not play ODI ... just to keep him in picture for 2011 World cup..

Decide now Test or ODI.. Jayasuriya has picked ODI over test.. he can do the same & play 2011 WC

But we can see some changes for last 4 ODI's. May be Sachin will play in place of R.Sharma. Murali will not get any chance.
