I watched a match between Lahore and Chennai. The lahore players were engaged in tampering the ball. Azar mahmood, Rana and others were involved. Chennai team requested for a change of ball as they were suspicious. But umpires did not oblige. In first final ICL allowed both Rana and azar to play. This time Hyderabad bowlers were bowling well and then Lahore batsman Azar Mahmood (what coincidence!) asked for a change of ball and umpires readily obliged. Azhar hit a six and other batsman hit a four in the remaining 4 balls won the match. Unless they kick out Lahore ICL can not be considered a fair tournament. Lahore is using questionable methods to win matches. They are a disgusting team. They resemble the Pak team when Miandad was their captain. I don't think that ICL have the guts to kick them out or punish their players as it will become very controversial issue as it can not afford controversies. Add match fixing to this, then it becomes very muddy. ICL has a lot to think and needs to act. Otherwise it will become farce.

I think u are gone nuts. firt check the rule? bowlers cant ask for ball change only batsmen can.. Lahore also asked for ball change when they were bowling but umpire rejected that... why u people make fuss of nothing...

Please - They are not banned by ICC. The issue of recognition of ICL is under consideration.
It is the BCCI and their arm twisting to other board to follow suit, which has resulted in the Ban of players playing for ICL.
What moral right BCCI has to Ban ICL players, when their own top brass ( Pawara, Shah, Manahar and others )are involved in criminal activites - please refer to the verdict of Kolkata High Court few days back.
ICC should and must give Recognition to ICL as it has started before the IPL and this year the 2nd season of ICL which is on its last stage has gain tramendous popularity. And we would also request to ICL authorities to put pressure over ICC for the Recognition so that after getting recognition, ICL can get the access of Big Stadiums to host their matches which are so-called under the BCCI.......
