You are forgetting Ishant, I.Pathan, Chawla, who are one of the good players in the team line up. It will suit for rotational policy.... Good for Indian Cricket

hahhaahaha. funny to read 12th man criteria. but the in-form munaf deserves to b in the team.
Pujara (just 20 years) scored two triple century in one week last month in the CK Nayudu Under-22 then in ranji trophy making partnership record worth 520 runs, the second-best partnership in Indian cricket and the highest fifth-wicket partnership in any first-class cricket, beating the unbroken 464-run stand between the Waugh twins" cricinfo.
this youngster pujara seems to b a talented batsman with the huge hunger of playing long innings. he was man of the series of the junior world cup 2006, n now is riding high with 3 triple centuries within just 20 days. his other notable performance being the single handed battling century against delhi to save his team from a sure defeat.
the astonishing is the only word, that comes for him. 308 runs of 421 balls. keep it up.
i hope srikanth vl look at his consistent performances, as he is known to acknowledge performances n talent just like m vijay.

He will really loose his confidence. It's not a right way to treat a newcomer. Srikanth is responsible for this.

With Zaheer back from Injury... RP singh also need to play at some level as a reward for serving test side in absence of Zaheer...That level is ODI...
Praveen kumar is victim of Indian complex reward system

I think P.Kumar should in the team in place of M.Vijay, because I don't think he will get any single chance in first 3 oDI.
Speaking about Dravid gaining form against England, Srikant has displayed his traits which were visible when he played for India. For example : - No Consistency - No method in batting - No technique - No mental toughness (like Gavaskar, Kapil, Mohinder, etc.) - Just see him twitching his nose, touching his pads, touching his helmet before every delivery - showed his nervousness.
How can he be appointed as Chief Selector- Regionalism Quota in action ? Now he is paying back to South Region - First M. Vijay , now backing Dravid . The difference in current form of Ganguly and Dravid is Crstal clear. But Saurav is forced to go and Dravid continues. Hail Regionalism .

murli what situation. can you pls explain??? 30-40 runs in every game by swinging his bat into the air, is a game of cricket? gavaskar was a key member in a winning game overseas. dont omit shit out of your dirty mouth.

rambo
you never complained when players are selected from north zone. its there time now. Vijay played just a single match, how can you rate him from just one performance.

It was because of Srikanth we won the 83 world cup. He was the first person to introduce the concept of slogging in first 15 overs in ODI. Then only followed Mark Waugh, Jayasuriya, Tendulkar. What's wrong with Vijay? He played superbly in his debut test match.
Why is that when a north zone selector picks a person from his zone, it's not regionalism but when it is from south, it is regionalism. It's ultimately based on one's performance. Do you know Robin Singh was never picked for India even when he was scoring heavily in Ranji matches till the age of 30 due to politics? Stop your rubbish Nonsense and Get lost........
