Why Ponting wasn't reported?
by Bhasmasur on Nov 11, 2008 05:21 AM  | Hide replies

When India were awarded four over throw runs, Ponting ran started arguing with Billy Bowden. Billy Asked Alim Dar but Alim stuck with his decision of four over throw. I guess Alim was trying to explain something to Ponting and Ponting kept yelling at him from Mid-On. It was obvious to see that he kept yelling one word at Alim Dar and that was Bul*sh*t. He looked quite upset.

I must say if any Indian would have acted the same way, he would have been penalized by Match Refree..

i remember once when ganguly was captain, he was banned for 6 matches because of slow over rate! what a difference in punishment when it comes to a white skinned b*st*rd!

They somehow know how to tread just within the limits. Slow over rate, umpire abuse, player abuse etc. and nothing. Poor Gauti lost his man of series award because he was forced to react; it was his except for the ban that must have weighed on the racist referee Broad's mind.

good news but 20% fine is too small for ausis. had the same thing done by ind capt he wud hv been fined 80% of his fees or might hv been banned like in case of ganguly in his days of captaincy.
