These days the Dhaka warriors are doing good. They are playing highly competitive cricket. I think India is grooming many players of other countires too.

Dude ... ICL Players are never going to be considered for their National Teams as long as ICL is known as a "rebel" league.
So these guys aren't being groomed. They're in it for money and financial stability.
