Dhoni formula
by Guest on Nov 05, 2008 06:39 AM

Now I understood why Dhoni was talking about hiring professional mental disintegrator (read sixers). I think he realize that even if India play with 10 players Australia can’t take even 19 Wickets as this is evident from their performance. In fact having Vijay as replacement, BCCI should hire best of the professional mental disintegrator, just one and place him (I would prefer neither him nor her) at silly point all the time and send to open the inning before taking the guard do some physical practice on Ponting. Then I would like to see the effect on this so-called hard but fair player. India won’t mind a life ban for professional mental disintegrator, we will have another one for next match. To stop this racial discrimination at some point this has to happen, I am just waiting for that time.

Cricket seems 2 b becoming Australia's virtual cryground
by John Gomez on Nov 05, 2008 02:34 AM

Y is it in every match no matter who the opponents u see d aussies in sum kind of tiff. Specially considering mainly dat for decades d Indian players seem 2 jus tke wots thrwn at them. Try sayin nethng 2 an aussie n u gt banned, bump in2 an aussie gt banned, retaliate 2 an ausie gt banned. Is d ICC goin by wot they see or wot they want 2 see. I dont really see wot Gambhir did wrong. Shane Watson came in d way n the batsman tried 2 move him out of his way wots wrong in dat? Come on gt a grip Australia, this isnt cricket, this is crybaby stuff.

CHEATER - Aussies won their way by eliminating Gambhir
by crazecricket on Nov 04, 2008 11:41 PM

Like always CHEATER - Aussies with their sly characters created an advantage for themselves so they can win. Ponting is a disgrace by all means, all he care about the end result their way. Be it in their country or else where in the world. It is a shame to ALL Aussies and their supporters who want to win - no matter what. CAN'T U TELL BY PONTINGS FACE. GOD WRITTEN ON HIS FACE - HIS DEEDS. What a disgrace.

Shame on South African and Aussies
by I on Nov 04, 2008 09:51 PM

Gambhir has to play the last test. The real culprits escapped mostly untouched and Gambhir got banned.

I wouldn't be surprised if Aussie board is involved with South Africans to pass this judgement without holding formal hearing.. Absolutely Shame and injustice again for Indians!!

November 4, 2008

Justice Albie Sachs, appointed by the ICC to hear Gautam Gambhir's appeal over his one-Test ban, has upheld the penalty imposed by match referee Chris Broad without conducting a hearing into the matter.

The BCCI has refused to accept the decision of the appeals commissioner, and has sent its objection to the ICC.

Now Australia is trying every possible way to influence the ICC to impose ban on Gautam Gambhir so that he can't play in the last test. What kind of sportsman spirit is this? They boast about their own sportsman spirit? is it not funny?

The Aussies have an uncanny habit of analysing characters of players of other nations, instead of doing their own. I think they should concentrate in analysing their own characters. Look how Mike Hussey has said those words about Gautam Gambhir. As if they are the epitome of all good things in the world. Is it not true that whenever, they lose against any team, their real true ygly character comes out in the field?
