ICC Killed Small teams

When was the last time you heard of Kenya?
What happened to Zimbabwe...or Ireland...Canada and Holland? These teams showed the sparks to make it big in Intl cricket.
ICC should have included them in small tournaments...maybe mini 20/20 (ODI Cricket is dead RIP) twice a year for these small teams.
