Look at our prasanna, a creation of our medias constant bombardment, if a moron columnist like sanjay manjrakar says, something ill of indian icons, these guys will parrot it

Slavery to the white skin, makes him to wish for life ban for gambhir, but, he is okay with watsons gesture and katty's crazy muttering is okay with it. If austrialian jumps like an monkey he will say, its aggressive gamesmanship, if an Indan returns, its unholy, its street cricket etc.

This charade has been going on since the days of greg matthews days of the tied test.

These guys must be dumped in the Bay of bengal

in street cricket, if it happens between me and Prasanna, Prasanna gets killed!!
That's an example for you, Prasanna!!
What Gauti did was wrong BUT not extreme!! Why should he be banned for life??
See the way he was forced to react.,.and he reacted in his own way! so what!!
May be if you are in in shoes, who knows what you Mr RIGHT have done??
But who provoked him!!
Honestly, I wish Gauti would have slapped Shane on the world TV and get banned! Becuse Aussies are scumbags who are known for notorious things like this!!!
Did you see the McGrath and Sarwan's incident on You Tube!!!
Aussies will initiate BUT can't take if if it is on them!!!
Hey! it takes TWO TO TANGO!

Prasanna should be banned from this forum for life. He is either a paki or an Indian muslim who hates India, but is hiding under a difft alias.

Incident at the Sydney test Australia vs. India
Beginning of 21st over

Kumble stats a new over.

Kumble bowls to Ponting: tries to glance off the pad snicks to wicket keeper, loud appeal for caught behind, turned down by Umpire, Harbhajan charged staring at Ponting.

2nd ball: Kumble bowls a flighted one this time: Ponting steps out to loft him over the fence misses and stumped by Dhoni in a flash. A loud appeal for stumping turned down by umpire and Ganguly charged with dissent.

3rd Ball: In comes Kumble and bowls Ponting backward. Wraps batsman on pad, a loud appeal for LBW. Turned down, Dhoni charged for excess appealing.

4th ball: Kumble delivers a googly, Ponting completely misreads the line and length and clean bowled middle stump. Kumble looks at the umpire and smiles “nearly had him this time, didn’t we?”

Intentional contact is unacceptable in cricket whatever may be the reason. Gambhir deserves it. Why Harbhajan given a ban in the slapgate incident when Sreesanth wasn't even though Sreesanth did the provoking? I'm sure there would have been huge uproar here if an Aussie got into physical contact with an Indian player because he was provoked.

many of the people who are posting their comment rarely played in the gully cricket but knows everything about cricket and also the psychology of the players in the international circuit and advises the players representing thier country how to behave on field from the comfort of their living room. Please get yourself in their shoes first before commenting.

After seeing today's match i feel Cricket should adopt chess rules. At any given point of time, a team should be allowed to offer a draw, and if the other team is okay, they should go off.

It is sad to see such a strict punishment to Gambhir, ignoring what Watson did to provoke him.It was ceratinly a trap Australia laid into which Gambhir fell. Now nothing can be done except fr waiting ICC decision on appeal of BCCI.But India should be prepared to bat well even without Gambhir, in case such an eventuality arises.

Gambhir was wrong in elbowing watson. Instead he should have used his bat to break watson's head. Anyhow watson is no good to play test cricket. He should limit himself to IPL. Make some money and go back to his alcohol drinking days.
