Sachin, Saurav , Dravid & Laxman all senior players who are captain and out of IPL should know that for winning the game you dont require players of big name and media glamour.
Shane has proved that even a side with majority of inexperienced players can win tournament consistently through hardwork , game plan and team efforts.
And by the way if all our senior players represent their states again in the next year, we can easily predict the semi-finals much earlier.
Shane is the best captain in the fray. His words of giving self-belief and confidence to the players are gems. He also emphasises on each player playing his part well and enjoying the game.
He has coached and mentored a bunch of inexperienced youngsters and showed the world just what captaincy is all about.
The other 'captains' of the vanquished teams have a lot of reputation, earned a lot of money, have a great fan following and nothing else.
They think their team's fortunes depend on themselves performing. But in actual fact, a good captain like Warne gets his teams to perform even if he himself is not in full flow.

Warne has shown the rest of the team leaders as what captaincy is all about. As a powerful captain he is giving more powers to his teammates to perform and this makes a lot of difference from other leaders who uses there power for other things

Sachin bought this 6 months before, much before IPL had started. Moreover, sachin is not depended on IPL money to buy this new house/bunglow.
Mumbai Indians lost because of the wide ball bowled by Fernando, who had no idea how to bowl the last ball at such a crucial moment, in spite of being an experienced bowler. Against Kings XI it was Uthappa who ditched Mumbai and against Royals it was Fernando, who ditched Mumbai.
If only confidence could be bought, I think the Indian team would be winning in every match they played considering how rich the board is!
Asked when seasoned Mumbai Indians [Images] couldn't handle the pressure, how "kids" like Jadeja and Patel were able to pull off the sensational win, Warne, who retired from international cricket last year, said "we give confidence to youngsters".
This fellow is winning because in India corrupt , characterless and useless people succeed more easily than the hard working and honest great people like Saurav , Dravid , Sachin. Shane urf shame warne thus fit in to the bill easily hence winning.

i saw the match live its one of the best match i have seen. full marks to Jadeja and neeraj they handle the pressure brillantly. they scored runs at will against international bowlers such as nehra, fernando ..

hi. why do you feel so bad about Sharne Warn..... I simply like this Guy for his sincerity and Dedication. He has really helped the board to find the next Bunch of Talanted youngsters to represent india. Guys UU are all Lucky Playing Under Him Shane is not Shame or Corrupt Wish Sharne and His Team win The Inagural IPL I always supported Royals from the begining in spite of the Fact iam from Chennai Ganesh
