Mandatory that 7 players should be Indian. Make a good combination of young & dashing all rounders by picking fron U19 teams of state level. Select 4 foreign players who will fit into the missing requirements of the team. A good motivator can make a BIG TEAM AT A CHEAP PRICE...... Just remember Shane Watson, Shaun Marsh etc ........ emerging heros of IPL. Your views and comments please

Ur Right to Some Extent, But U need Speacialists rather than Allrounders, 1 or 2 Allrounders in Enough for any Team.
It is unlikely that DD shall making it to semis. But meanwhile in free time they must get their team composition right . Greeve is waste. If asif is fit, bring him. It makes sense to replace dilshan with divelliers.

There are major reasons for punjab consistent winning. It has 4 foriegn players. they are being used as batsmen. They all are firing. their bowlers have all played test. hence they are mighty. Rest of teams are using foriegn players in combination. t20 is basically batsmen's game.

One thing out of this IPL is very clear, that when players like great Viru Shewag, D.Karthik, Y.Patan, Uttappa, M.Patel,Venugopal, A.Nehra, Zaheer Khan, Yuvraj Singh etc., have been picked for their national duties for ODI, Test Matches and T20 matches their performance is below par and not assertainable. Look in these these IPL matches which looks like benefit matches they have performed amazingly and benefiting the owners of their regions.
One should think that getting selected for the national side is itself a difficult task, out of which these players find ways of getting themeselves out and good for nothing.
Out of all these, BCCI should see the above players performance in IPL colours and compare them with BCCI colours.
