they cant charge a case against him.....Its not against cyber law. Only thing they can do is deactivate his account!
I have been following Cricket for about 40 years now. I can recall only 2 Test Series which were won by sheer captaincy. In one of them, Bob Simpson's Australians beat Bedi's Indians in 1977-78, though India were the better team. In another, Imran's Pakistan defeated Kapil Dev's Indians though India were the better team. Sourav did not win any matches by his captaincy (except possibly one against Zimbabwe, when he declared a few runs behind). All his successes were results of some astounding once in a lifetime performance, like Laxman's in 2001. He lost a series in West Indies despite India being the better team. This is an example of a weaker team winning without even a brilliant captain.
