The God has no mercy for poor KKR. The weather god played spoilsport, or else KRR were rightly winner. D&L Rules are bad, remover them. Declare KKR winner, for gods sake please, Shahrukh is great entertainer, let him continue in Semis. Ganguly is great captain, who is running single handedly, with criticism from Ponting, Gull, Butt.. all those mean minded players. God, please let KKR enter semis.
i you seen the royal challenger bangalore where not even single name local karnatka cricket has click excpet dravid on few occaonis , so called great indian spinner kumble pick one wicket in six it show how is now the he should quit international cricket at this .. give chance young bolwer like piyush .. and other it show wht is karnatak cricket gone where NCA is ther right now poor mangamnet of KSCA coming out
I'm really happy to c Dravid's best performance in T20.I personally belive we cannot classify players as test players or T20 players.If a good batsman is settled well and is able to middle the ball regularly he can play really big shots.Hope classic batsmen in IPL will continue their performance.
The above's performance in the IPL has been really poor. After the bids for the players were over,with the list of players accumulated by Bangalore the team looked at least on paper one of the better ones and was projectd as a certain semi-finalist.But at the half way stage of the tournament,it was clear that Bangalore had missed the bus, as the big players had not clicked as a team. Everyone including Royal Challengers owner Vijay Mallya is blaming Dravid & Charu Sharma for the team's string of defeats.There are many a reasons for Bangalore's poor show: 1) Mallya's outburst and sacking of Charu in the midst of the tournament appears to have had a disastorous effect on the players( younger ones) mind, the fear of their future in case of failure is on their minds which is affecting their performance otherwise one can't explain the sudden drop in performance of Zaheer & Praveen. 2)The going away of Ross Taylor who was a big impetus for the team for national duties was a big blow to the batting, Misbah & Kallis are not upto Taylor's class atleast in the 20-20 format. 3)Injuries to Steyn & Boucher at a crucial stage also has affected the team's performance. 4)Going public against the captain by Mallya was not in the interest of the side,it affects the authority of the captain on his players. The fault of Dravid was in choosing the players at the time of bidding-Kallis,Kumble,Sunil Joshi are not 20-20 stuff. Moreover Dravid lacks the assertiveness of a good captain.
RE:WHO is the owner?

I wanna know actually the name of the Franchise owner of the'Rajshan Royals'really I was not joking/ I know all the other owners name but don't know the Rajshan one....so pls let me informed this First position team's(till date)owners name ASAP...if anyone can do it .
T20 has exposed a myth called Anil Radhakrishnan Kumble.. Granted the guy has tenacity, patience and stamina but over the years people have used his name in the same bracket as a magical genius called Shane Keith Warne..Just because both bowl legspin does not warrant a comparison, let alone uttering in the same breath. T20 has no scope for under-prepared wickets or wearing 5th day dust bowls. The result is 1 wicket for 194 runs @ 8.68 per over!! Warne has taken 14 wickets so far...

Warne - 14 == Genius
Kumble - 1 == Non-performer.
OK. Listen to this:
Pathan - 13 == Genius pace bowler? Ishant - 6 == Non performer? Lee - 4 == Non performer? Steyn - 4 == Non performer? Agarkar - 8 == Twice as good as Steyn and Lee?
So Lee, Sharma and Steyn should go and learn fast bowling from Pathan and Agarkar.. :-)
And Bhajji who has taken 5 wickets @ average 16.4 should teach Warne something about picking wickets faster coz Warne is very slow averaging 18.8 per wicket..
Stats can speak anything Mr. Dutt. Whatever you want them to speak..

"Stats can speak anything Mr. Dutt." --EXACTLY!!! Only test match stats gave Kumble the "Warne" like status..In qualitative terms, Warne and Kumble are 180 degrees apart! I am not making a quick judgment based on T20 only. Please write back the day Agarkar or Pathan becomes the "Man of the match" in 2 world cup semifinals and 1 world cup final (Warne is the MOM in 3 out of 4 semifinal and final WC matches he has participated in).. Warne is a legend. Just by being a leg spinner and having statistical claims do not make a Warne.

I agree with you. Kumble cleverly amassed wickets on dusty Indian wickets. Comparing him to great Shane is insult to Greatest leg spinner. It's time he is sacked and young leg spinners like Mishra and Chawla are given chance.

I agree. Also non performers like Ishant should be sacked and young pace bowlers like Agarkar, Pathan and Dinda should be taken in his place.

very correct, truly said. kumble and murlidharan are no comparison to shane warne.the myth of kumble has been exposed fully in these 20-20 matches.taking wickets on india's crumbling half-rolled wickets in home test matches is a different ball game altogether than bowling well & taking wickets in 20 -20 games, where the batsmen are always on the lookout for big hits.dravid gave a big blow to royal challengers bangalore by taking his two friends kumble & sunil joshi in the team, they are just not suited for this format of the game. neither can they bat,or field, and their bowling is not effective for 20-20 matches.

I completely agree. Also non performers like Ishant should be sacked and young pace bowlers like Agarkar, Pathan and Dinda should be taken in his place.

However sarcastic you may try to be, Ishant is not proven to be definitively better than Dinda or Tripathi..You need enough statistical samples to prove or disprove anything (5 test maches is nothing). Even Agarkar had better strike rate than Lillee after 20 matches.
Bringing these analogiess to demean a legend called Shane Warne is ludicrous..The guy has proven himself consistently for 15 years and has given thousands of cricket watchers the utmost entertainment. MOM in 3 out of 4 WC semifinals and finals is no mean feat, and be better kept out of lesser mortals like Kumble, Ishant, Agarkar, Dinda, Pathan and Lee.

Hmmmm...
We won't take Warne and Kumble's name in the same breath anymore Mr. Dip Dutt...
Nor will we take the name of Ishant Sharma and Irfan Pathan together... :-)\
I mean look at Pathan - has taken 13 wickets. And that idiot Ishant has taken just 6. Worse still is Steyn and Lee... Languishing at the bottom with just 4.
And Lee, Ishant, and Steyn call themselves bowlers?.. Ha ha ha.. They can learn something from legends Pathan and Agarkar.. who are far far better.
As for Warne, he too can learn a lot from Bhajji... who has taken 5 in just 3 matches at a better average of 16.4 than Warne's 18.8..
