It was not a win for Rajasthan Royals, but a loss by Deli Daredevils

1. Top order batsmen from Delhi team didn't stay at the wicket and play a long innings, after getting starts.

2. Middle order batsmen like De Villiers and Dinesh Karthik didn't try to look for runs from the word go, which is so essential in T20 matches.

3. Indian and subcontinent players are reputed to be great players of spin and it is really agonising to see a 38 year old Shane Warne get away by bowling his first 3 overs for only 20 runs that too on an Indian pitch. Ironically it was left to Srilankan Maharoof, basically a bowler, to attack Warne and score 27 runs off his last over. Every team playing against RR henceforth should look to maul his bowling figures if they have any self respect.

4. When RR batted, catches were not taken or were dropped by DD fielders. Also the ground-fielding was very sloppy with twos and fours being allowed when there was not even a single.

DD might have lost very badly, if not for Maharoof's batting and bowling.

Sehwag needs to plan and strategise his team's remaining matches.

I would definitely love to see IPL final between Dhoni's Chennai Super Kings and Sehwag's Delhi Daredevils rather than any of the other six teams. Perhaps the only other team whose presence in finals may be acceptable is that of King's XI, Punjab.

Win by RR or loss by DD, the points are what that matters the most. Ultimately, RR got the 2 points they wanted...

What else is their to watch? Certainly not what's happening at Parliment. At least the IPL is enjoyable and helps one to relax after a tiring and stressful day at one's office.
