HARBHAJAN FORGOT SREESANTH IS AN INDIAN NATIONAL
by cebujonas on May 07, 2008 06:07 PM  | Hide replies

Harbhajan descriminated Sreesanth by hitting him, Sreesanth has equal rights to Harbhajan in our country..

North people especially, Punjabis and Delhites think that south indians are lower than them, so they called southies 'madrasis' and decriminate...

As a south indian, i had this from many punjabis and delhites who are not even half educated when compare to my qualification, whenever i respect them, finally they have an intention to screw...Many times i told them openly that its very bad to split as north and south...

Harbhajans slap is pure descrimination towards south

He should be banned for life from all cricketing activities

there is no such kind of thing ,if u think that bhaji slap sree, bcoz he is southy or what ever, is completely wrong ,as in your own statement you write punjabis , if any punjabi or any other called madrasis, then wht, i don't think is any wrong to pronounce ,secondly if youthink qualification is only criteria to be good mannered then again wrong , be a good manner depends your all background, so keep in mind that wht such thing happened b/w both indians that they have taken such steps.

Sreesanth should apologise to Harbhajan because he has hurt a punjabi. This is very bad. Its all Sreesanth's fault.

duoble punishment!
by on May 07, 2008 03:52 PM  | Hide replies

if he is punished twice it may be double jeopardy as a person couldnot be punished twice 4 one offence. I think he is banned from IPL is enough

Slapgate -

The law says no one can be punished twice for the SAME offence. The one slap can however constitute different offences. Even there, it is best to proceed cautiously, because Bhajji can challenge everything in a writ petition in the High Court.
Nanavati should first familiarise himself with how to handle the media. He is a novice there, it seems.

Mr. Nanavati has no business opening his mount before he submits his report; and not even after he does that.

yes, I do agree with you. this advocate has business to go public. his duty is to find out
the facts and submit the report to the
concerned official at BCCI. He is being paid
from BCCI and IPL. So, BCCI has every right
to reprimand this Bhajji for his misadventure.

Mr. Nanavati has every business to open this mount dude becoz he is the official legal adviser of BCCI and it is under jurisdiction to what should be the quantum of punishment. Earlier panishment was awarded by IPL not BCCI remember this point .
