rahul tried to be smart by the half. Did not get in any Indian player that would expose dravid's mediocrity. Robin Uthappa or Rohit Sharma or Gautam Gambir would have exposed how third rate dravid is.
charu's removal will not change the fortunes of bangalore team who are condemned to lose more.
I think he definitely deserved it, who on Earth would buy Wasim Jaffer for US$150,000 and have Kallis and the great sluggish player of all-time Dravid in the same team? How on Earth did he think this team is going to perform?

dont just blame charu...like each captain dravid also had some role to play..in the selection..
Dravid sure must have empathy towards guys like him who prefer only the orthodox style ...I suspect sub-conciously he wanted to prove a point that his breed of players can live up to this challenge ...
A team sure needs just one dravid, kallis OR Chanderpaul.

sluggish player dravid who has strike rate of 118 in this touranment and look at ganguly 88 strike rate. Look he hasnt set the world ablaze with his batting but he has scored at a decent strike rate but i agree his captiancy has been pathetic and it doesnt help when a team scores 5 ducks and all the overseas palyers have not performed. please understnad the game
