yes to hona hi tha. this was expected. u can always predict what pcb is going to do. first they vl take \"STERN\" action against the rebellion players then they vl \"PARDON\" them. shoaib and mohd asif both banned for 2 years for taking drugs but within a month, they overturned their own judgement allowing them to play intnl ckt. pcb is mockery in the name of administration. shoaib akhtar was going to play ipl by hook or crook. even the 5 year ban vl b lifted for the so-called apology from him.

pcb is a nautanki ckt administration. it was always expected of them to take a u turn. shoaib was bound to play ipl. and mind well, his 5 year ban vl also b revoked by pcb themselvs.
