Sachin has the tendency to skip the matches telecast on channels other than on ESPN-STARSPORTS. Sachin skips the matches due to so-called injuries especially when the same are shown on SET MAX. That is the reason for him not playing IPL so far. Sachin plays for the sponsors lobby. Even during the World Cup 2007 in West Indies, it was the same story as telecast right holders were Set Max. So he played poor cricket to avoid India's progress in the next round. He skipped Sri Lanka series (SL rights are with SET MAX?). He is against SET MAX channels or against all the rival channels of ESPN-STAR with whom he has an understanding. You can recall many instances of his non-availability and its connection between the channels holding telecast rights. You observe Sachin's absence in all the series in the past and the tv rights owners during those series. You will definitely come to certain conclusion, a surprising coincidence.
As for as Ajit Agarkar is concerned,How can anybody call Ajit Agarkar as Allrounder, when he has scored 7 Golden Ducks in Australia, I Repeat 7 Ducks in a Row. I Repeat he scored 7 GOLDEN DUCKS in AUSTRALIA, I REPEAT AJIT AGARKAR SCORED 7 GOLDEN DUCKS IN AUSTRALIA.
People gave him a Standing Ovation when he scored 1 run in his 8th Innings.

At domestic level, Maninder Singh scored century but at International level, he was afraid to stand in front of Imran Khan.
Ur Hatred for Viru Sehwag is still a mystery for me, but I will not go into that, In 2004 Australia Series Aakash Chopra was just a Dummy, who would pad the Ball than he would Bat, In all Partnership especially the approx 250 runs partnership, Viru Sehwag scored 194 runs, So there is no Comparision.
When Rahul Dravid as a Captain opened with Viru Sehwag in 2006 in Pakistan, Sehwag scored 287 runs(not sure i am not googling like u), Rahul Dravid was Dummy, Infact Rahul Dravid himself Accepted that, he enjoyed Watching Viru Sehwag bat from the Best Seat, that is Non-Striker's end.
As for as ur Flat Pitches Theory, Remember Viru Sehwag made his Test Debut in South Africa at Kingsmeed Durban in 1998 which was the Fastest and Bounciest Pitch in the World during that Series, Viru Sehwag scored his first Century on Debut, he scored 108 runs, along with great Innings by Sachin tendulkar who played one of the Best Innings of his career scoring 137(I maybe wrong).
As for as Comparision with Laxman and Saurav ganguly, A great batsman is always great in any format of the Game, Viru Sehwag is better than VVS Laxman and Saurav Ganguly in Test Matches and T20 Cricket, though he is behind Saurav Ganguly in ODI's.

1. i was talking abt the starts that chopra gave along with sehwag in the test series in 2004. he was as instrumental as sehwag in giving those good starts which won us a match at adelaide. so will u call chopra as good as sehwag? and we lost melbourne test despite so-called heroics of sehwag, so it is mute to discuss that.
2. sehwag did not score hundred plus at adelaide in 2004. it was dravid and laxman who scored a 300 plus partnership and took india to a decent score. then agarkar struck by taking 6-fer and reduced aussies to meagre total of 196. even tendulkar took very crucial 2 wickets of waugh and martyn. then it was dravid again who scored 70 plus in the final innings. it was dravid and agarkar mainly who won us that test. so they are greater than sehwag as per ur logic, right?
3. Multan and Lahore were rank flat tracks. He was dropped 6 times on his way to 300. It was a pathetic performance by Pakistan which allowed him to make 300 on a dead track. And 2006 Lahore was such a boring test where only one innings could be played as both Indian and Pak batsmen made merry on that docile pitch.
U just proving ur lack of knowledge when u say that Dravid is nothing in front of sehwag. Whole world including great players like Mcgrath and Warne will make mockery of u if u say it in public. Dravid is a class test player who made more than 10,000 runs at an avg of 55.

He and Sachin in last 10 years played as virtual openers when Indian openers used to get out cheaply. Can sehwag ever play the innings of Dravid in headingley on a moving track in 2002? Can he ever play the likes of DOnald as Dravid played in 1996? Sachin and Dravid are way above Sehwag as pure batsmen as they have technique. Laxman and ganguly are also better batsmen as they play well on pitches which have something for the bowlers. Sehwag just hits big hundreds and double hundreds on flat tracks and compensates for his total flop show on challenging pitches. Even in recent series vs South Africa it was Ganguly who played well on challenging tracks and helped India square the test series. Sachin played magnificently throught Aus series making 493 runs. Sehwag can never ever imagine to do all of these.

in one day cricket schwag is not consistent.............but in T 20 format he is very danger batsmen......he scores at 200 strike rate.........nomally the pitches are in flat in T 20 and he can play freely.....

mister, me and SachinTheGreat were involved in an arguement about whether Sehwag is a great player. So i put forth my points abt his lack of greatness in test cricket. Also SachinTheGreat thinks Sehwag is greater than Dravid. So i put forth my points on the same. If what u r saying is true, then why are there ICC rankings table? What would be the fun in discussing cricket if we cannot list out the greatness of players and pit them against one another.
agree with u on 20-20. Its just slam bang cricket lets just see and enjoy it like a Govinda movie and forget abt it. More often than not in 20-20, its a fluke batting as bowlers don't have time to work ur weakness out. But test cricket which is real measurement abt the skill of players shows which player is great or not.

yaa........test cricket is real cricket.....in test matches sachin and rahul are great batsmen.........schwag is also good but his feet are not moving at the starts of his inning and he gets out.....his hand eye co ordination is great on flat pitches but i will put schwag behind sachin and rahul in test in T 20 he is on top in one day his record is poor
i wonder batsmen is able to make century in T 20 very easily but so far no double century in one day matches by any batsmen........i think now double century in one day looks possible..........
