Now how many world class fast bolwer are playing in IPL? And those who are playing and those who went back know how deadly can sachin be once he starts playing.
Reagrding his retirement, a mere criticism from abusers like him doenot affect his stature. You keep on doing what you are good at and he will keep on performing.

if he's not playing because of groin problems, then why is he simply wearing his club dress and sitting at the bench.... maybe for attendance sake he might get his normal pay.

Agreed about dhoni and yuvraj but sachin is also no good for 20-20 format. he's too purist a batsman to do well in salp-bang situations. in fact, it is luckt for mumbai indians that he is injured and youngsters are getting a chance!!!!

Dhoni???
r u going nut? do you think dhoni has that capability & power? who started comparing Dhoni & Sachin?? have some sense mates.. think over.. if you loose mere 2 matches, you still start looking at Sachin as saviour.. I wont compare Dhoni & Sachin at all.. I don't at all believe Dhoni will able to have career of 19yrs of cricket.. why?? think over if ur matured enough

Sachin may retire on his own. At least he commands that much respect, but gang would be soon kicked out of future (regional) T20 teams.

you might remember that Sachin, being honest, himself chose to stay away from T20 WC, but as it came in the media later, that the useless gang was very upset on Sachin advising gang and Dravid to stay away from the tournament.

Unfortunately, its in the destiny of gang to be kicked out repeatedly.

Let Sachin play 3-4 matches
by roopendra bhargaw on May 04, 2008 03:32 AM  | Hide replies

With Sanath, Mcgrath, Warne and all the old guns are firing, give Sachin a chance for 3-4 matches and then we will come to know automatically whether he is fit or not.If Sachin slows down on hundred coz that is what the whole world wants..a hundred from Sachin..he is obliging by doing so.. will anyone pay Sachin once he leave cricket. The answer is No. Let him decide his future. you better know how tough it is to live in India without money!!

nothing could be truer. It is so difficult to make ends meet especially for cricketers. Should we have a new tax on the taxpayers so as to fund their retirement

Atleast show some respect for the person who has represented and sweated for the country for so many years.

Although I don't consider Sachin to be demigod, he has passed the stage many years ago where he cares for money. I don't think he is with the team just for the sake of money
